Role Overview:
We are looking for a
HR Business Partner
to join our team in
Singapore . You will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, working directly with business leaders to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business units to understand strategy and implement HR solutions aligned with company objectives
Provide guidance on talent management, performance improvement, employee relations, and organizational development
Conduct proactive assessments of team development needs and recommend strategic initiatives
Advise leadership on disciplinary issues and coach managers through performance challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (L&D, C&B, HR Ops) to execute effective people strategies
Lead employee engagement and cultural development initiatives
Support change management efforts and implement best practices for team performance and growth
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth organization
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Deep business acumen and a strategic mindset to support talent development and business scale
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a
tech environment
is strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience managing fast-paced organizational change and workforce scaling
