Job Description
Responsibilities
Supporting the Tenancy Relationship Management team in respective malls' Management Office in terms of lease management and administration work.
Preparation of various lease documentation (such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy and License Agreements), tracking of lease status and timely maintenance of tenancy records.
Liaise with lawyers on tenancy documents, pre-termination and/or novation of leases and compliance matters (e.g. stamping of tenancy documents).
Liaise and co-ordinate with Tenancy Relationship Management team in respective malls' Centre Management Office as well as other departments to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents by tenants.
Requirements
Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel).
Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong in numbers.
Sound understanding of the real estate industry.
Relevant experience in Simplicity application will be an advantage.
