Overview

Our Client is in the adtech industry, helping their clients in eCommerce and gaming industries to re-focus on their advertising solutions to attract the right talents. They are looking for additional Business Development personnel to add to their Singapore team since they are expanding their presence in APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business : Identify and secure direct advertisers in overseas markets, especially in e-commerce, gaming, and entertainment.
  • Build Partnerships : Understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and manage long-term relationships.
  • Deliver Results : Own revenue targets, scale client ad spend on our TaurusX DSP, and optimize campaigns for ROI and conversions.
  • Collaborate : Work with product, operations, ad ops, and finance teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and enhance client experience.
  • Stay Ahead : Monitor market trends and competitor strategies, sharing insights that shape our growth.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of international digital advertising sales experience .
  • Proven success with direct clients, ideally in e-commerce and gaming .
  • Solid knowledge of DSP platforms
  • Strong communicator and negotiator with excellent client management skills.
  • Comfortable to travel as the client portfolio would cover APAC region.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives
