About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Catering Sales professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients prior to functions, introduce them to relevant staff, and confirm event arrangements meet their expectations.
  • Analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, determine setup and timeline requirements, and identify special requests for buffets, action stations, and other services.
  • Respond to client inquiries and attempt to fulfill any special event arrangements.
  • Follow up on event arrangements to ensure compliance with agreed-upon details.

Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and security protocols. Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management and complete required training and certifications.

Ensure personal appearance is professional and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, and thank them with genuine appreciation.

Communicate effectively with others using clear and professional language and answer telephones with proper etiquette. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team in achieving common goals.

Evaluate quality expectations and standards, read and verify information in various formats, and visually inspect tools and equipment to identify defects.

Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
