Job Summary
Luna is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales efforts by engaging with clients, promoting our packages and services, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist with sales follow-ups, inquiries, and building lasting relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is driven to achieve results, and is seeking flexible part-time hours within a dynamic and creative events environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Luna's packages and services to potential and existing clients.
- Assist with client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, quotations, and administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Contribute to meeting sales targets and overall business growth.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for handling inquiries and quotations.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours, including weekends or events if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, especially in events, or related industries.
- Knowledge of wedding packages offered in the events sector.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
