Job Title: Senior Building Services Coordinator

This pivotal role is dedicated to supporting the Facilities department in planning, organizing, and managing building services. The objective is to ensure all systems operate efficiently, meet quality standards, and comply with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and advice to all building services.
  • Conduct engineering and building audits to review improvements and upgrading works to buildings and services.
  • Ensure all building defects, breakdowns, and failures are attended to promptly and recovery periods are minimal.
  • Verify that vendors' and contractors' performance and work comply with company-quality standards and authorities codes.
  • Check and ensure adequacy of spares and stocks for the repair and maintenance function of the department.
  • Liaise with appointed contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
  • Install, maintain, and repair all electrical equipment, electrical fittings, switchboards, and all items relating to the electrical distribution within the buildings.
  • Compile, collate, and analyze operational data and reports for continuous improvement purposes.
  • Offer technical support for related building services tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • At least five years of related experience in facilities management or equivalent relevant experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a positive and professional attitude, good interpersonal skills, and customer service-oriented abilities. Professional presentation is essential for front-facing roles.
