Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Building Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising architectural works on site. You will work closely with consultants, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and smooth progress of works.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and monitoring the progress of architectural trades on site.
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and method statements for compliance with codes and project requirements.
  • Leading architectural coordination meetings and attending site and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations.
  • Familiarity with local standard quality implementation.
  • Experience in RI and TOP inspection procedure and documentation.
  • Good leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
