Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project execution.

The primary role includes assisting in project planning, ensuring on-site technical/engineering matters are addressed, and facilitating authority submissions as required.

In addition, the Senior Building Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and implementing the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) management system on site, supervising projects to guarantee adherence to operating procedures, quality standards, and contractual specifications, and monitoring progress of works and site activities to meet project timelines.

The ideal candidate will also conduct on-site investigations, analyze data, and prepare blueprints that satisfy technical specifications, be responsible for all inspection activities at the work site, and update structural/architectural and M&E progress using scheduling tools.

A key requirement is preparing and submitting shop drawings/material/MOS monthly progress claims and PM reports, analyzing customer complaints, and providing advice to resolve problems creatively.

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, be proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and demonstrate good analytical, supervision, and communication skills.

Prior experience in Building Engineering projects, including new builds, is essential with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
