Job Title: Senior Building Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Building Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality assurance, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project planning, design, material procurement, cost control, and documentation;
- Supervise construction works, coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters;
- Ensure quality of work is achieved and safety regulations are complied with;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and targets;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering recognized by relevant authorities;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction;
- Proficiency in using Autodesk and Microsoft Office software;
- Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin (for communication with Mandarin-speaking associates);
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
