We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building & Construction Project Engineer to join our team.

 

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work on various building and construction projects. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing documentation, overseeing drawing management, and coordinating with consultants and quantity surveyors.

 

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Documentation:
  1. Prepare daily reports, monthly progress reports, method statements, and work procedures for project managers.
Overseeing Drawing Management:
  1. Ensure updated drawings are issued to clients and subcontractors.
Coordination with Consultants and Quantity Surveyors:
  1. Assist project managers or senior project engineers in coordinating with related consultants and quantity surveyors on change orders.
Safety Coordination:
  1. Coordinate closely with safety personnel to ensure compliance with government and safety regulations.
Subcontractor Management:
  1. Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update the progress of work.

 

Requirements
  • Education:
  1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by PEB/BCA.
Experience:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of site experience in Singapore working as a main contractor.
Skills:
  1. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Good organization skills.
  3. Able to multitask.
  4. Able to work under fast-paced environments.
