Associate Director: Finance & Fund Admin Our client is an established Fund Manager incorporated in Singapore with offices in the region that invest in high‑tech and high‑growth companies. Currently, it manages more than US$550 million. The fund is headquartered in Singapore, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and holds a CMS licence. We are seeking a strong finance professional to head the finance and fund administration team. Job Scope Report directly to the CFO and assist in all aspects of regulatory compliance, finance and fund administration. Supervise, review and monitor the accounting, finance and administrative matters of the Singapore and overseas entities. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the corporate office, including consolidation. Handle budgeting, banking, internal and external audit, taxation, and company secretarial matters. Ensure compliance with corporate governance, tax and regulatory (MAS) requirements. Knowledge of FATCA/CRS filings, registration and KYC requirements is advantageous. Manage corporate affairs and administrative matters. Job scope may expand depending on the caliber of the candidate. The Right Candidate Degree in accountancy, ACCA or its equivalent. CPA/ACCA qualified professional with 5‑10 years of experience in a public accounting firm or MNC environment, preferably with experience in fund management or a related industry. Experience with MAS compliance in the fund management industry. Exposure to accounting and tax in the Asia Pacific region. Ability to multi‑task, reliable, dependable, and with a high sense of responsibility for meeting deadlines and reporting. A fast learner who can work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Experience with the Microsoft Business Central accounting system preferred. Occasional traveling may be required. Ability to start work in early December 2025; Singaporean or PR preferred.
