Job Title: Trade Operations Coordinator ">

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage sales orders, quotations, proforma invoices, shipping documents, and export/import documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics teams to coordinate shipment and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order status, and sales data in the system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and reporting.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for internal review.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, logistics, or trading role, preferably within the import/export sector.
  • Strong familiarity with international trade documentation and processes.
  • Able to communicate in business Mandarin as clients/partners are Chinese-speaking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; ERP systems experience is an advantage.
