Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to provide seamless coordination and communication with various stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trade operations.

  • Establish strong working relationships with headquarters, suppliers, and customers to ensure the smooth flow of trade activities.
  • Manage incoming orders from vendors and track shipment schedules for accuracy and compliance.
  • Review purchase contracts and arrange Letters of Credit (LCs) when required.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of trade documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (B/L), to forwarders and customers.
  • Process Purchase Orders (POs), manage return shipments, and record sales transactions using SAP.
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for each trade transaction.
  • Perform month-end closing activities and generate operational and financial reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma and above qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, process sales order, handling BL
  • Strong knowledge in handling shipment, shipping documentations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
