Trade Support Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our trade operations, ensuring the smooth execution of trade deals and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and buyers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Prepare commodity sale and purchase contracts in consultation with the Trading, Trade Finance and Shipping Team.
  • Liaison and Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and buyers on all contract-related finalization.
  • Trade Cycle Management: Follow up and finalize all trade-related contracts in consultation with the internal team and put through the Trade Contract.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Handle transaction cycles for all shipments with proper monitoring of each step of trade deal execution.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Keep track of contract details and make periodic reports as and when required.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with back-office and operational staff to ensure smooth logistics/end-to-end supply chain of trades.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
