Assistant Manager (Clubhouse Operations)
Work location:
Tessensohn Clubhouse (nearest MRT Farrer Park)
As an Assistant Manager (Clubhouse Operations), you will report to our Director (Clubhouse).
Responsibilities:
Assist Director (Clubhouse) in maintaining the operations of the entire Clubhouse in the following areas:
Jackpot Room
Front Office Reception
Tenants Management
Ad-hoc Development and upgrading works
Swimming pool (outsourced)
Security (outsourced)
Cleaning (outsourced)
Horticulture (outsourced)
Supervise various groups of staff to ensure daily smooth operations of the Clubhouse and facilities.
Supervise and monitor works of term contractors.
Inspect and check the Clubhouse premises.
Plan and ensure works are carried out as per the maintenance schedule.
Assist Director (Clubhouse) in preparing monthly reports and annual budget.
Assist in preparing tender specifications for upgrading projects and coordinating with the suppliers and contractors.
Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.
Undertake any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business/Marketing/Facilities Maintenance/Building or with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing a group of staff.
Able to work independently, resourceful, and self-motivated.
Excellent leadership, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
Enjoy working in an outdoor environment.
Able to work during weekends and public holidays.
Valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office.
