As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucialrole in supporting the Restaurant Manager in the daily operationsof the restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring a highlevel of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintainingoperational standards. Your key responsibilities willinclude:

Customer Service: Deliveringexceptional service to our customers and addressing any concernspromptly.
Staff Management: Supervising and trainingstaff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring a positive workenvironment.
Operations Management: Overseeing dailyoperations, including inventory management, quality control, andadherence to health and safety regulations.
FinancialManagement: Assisting in managing budgets, controlling costs, andmaximizing profitability.
Marketing and Sales:Implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brandvisibility.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any field (Hospitality, BusinessManagement, or related fields preferred).
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management rolewithin the food and beverage industry.
  • Strongleadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellentcommunication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekendsand public holidays.
  • Passion for the food andbeverage industry.
