Senior Executive / (Senior) Assistant Manager, Ophthalmology (Operations & Administration)The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing operations and administrative support in the Department of Ophthalmology. Working closely with various stakeholders, the individual will play a crucial role in supporting the department in achieving its financial and management targets, as well as providing quality patient care. Duties and Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)Assist the Department Managers in developing and executing business plans in conjunction with the clinical head to ensure goals are met. Help achieve volume and financial targets for assigned clinical services. Manage business aspects including annual financial budgeting, review, expenditure, and ensuring cost recovery. Monitor key operational data and indices, providing analysis as needed, including TEPMS indicators. Conduct regular reviews with clinical and operations leads for new services and workplans. Procure and manage logistics and CAPEX needs in partnership with stakeholders. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Support the department in Value Driven Outcome Projects by working closely with stakeholders. Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)Disseminate and implement hospital policies and procedures, ensuring timely communication and issue escalation. Ensure policies and procedures are current. Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer. Job Requirements Degree from a recognized institution with 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills (written & spoken). Problem-based learning approach. Positive attitude, motivation, and ability to perform under pressure. Initiative and ability to work independently. Service-oriented and patient-centric mindset.
