Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, HR Technology

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, HR Technology. In this role, you will assist the Senior Manager in overseeing HR Technology projects and play a crucial part in enhancing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Responsibilities
Analyse HR users' business requirements and processes
Review and recommend solutions to ensure the HRIS meets organisational needs
Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues raised by HR users
Address staff queries related to HR systems, including troubleshooting and providing solutions
Escalate issues according to the support structure when necessary
Assist HR users with operational needs and guide them in optimising HR systems
Review work processes using Lean and 5S methodologies
Explore innovative technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Develop tools to improve business processes
Conduct periodic audit on system user security access
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR business environment, preferably with Human Resource Information Systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Project Management will be an advantage
