Service Operations Coordinator Job Description

To excel in this role, you will be working closely with the Outlet Manager to drive revenue and profitability. You will establish strong relationships with our guests, handle all requests or inquiries professionally, and maintain high service standards.

  • Drive sales growth, minimize costs, and maximize profits by leading business development initiatives and optimizing outlet operations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring consistent quality services throughout the outlet.
  • Maintain open communication channels, address customer concerns promptly, and empower team members to make informed decisions.
  • Lead staff training and development programs to enhance skills, promote a culture of innovation, and improve overall performance.
  • Manage outlet cleanliness and appearance, adhering to company standards and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Co-lead the team to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and develop strategic plans that align with business objectives.
  • Recruit, orient, and train new staff to ensure seamless integration into the team, while providing ongoing support to existing employees.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute daily operations to meet productivity and efficiency goals.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles, excellent business acumen, and knowledge of sales and marketing trends.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective planning and leadership skills to lead dynamic teams.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments and commit to shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications for administrative tasks.
