Restaurant Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing duties
  • Maintain all equipment, perform tasks such as taking orders, cashiering, and consolidating sales
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, handle feedback, lead, and train team members to achieve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Manage storage supplies to ensure smooth operation, monitor inventory to minimize wastage, and maintain high personal hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, cleanliness, and sanitation standards, and address any repairs or licensing requirements promptly

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Food and Beverage Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Customer-oriented, service-focused, responsible, and positive attitude
