Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing guidance and support to the sales team.
Identify opportunities for sales growth and market penetration.
Oversee day-to-day operational functions to ensure processes are efficient
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, operational efficiency, and other key metrics.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management and operations, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
