Technical Promotions Lead

Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to designing promotional strategy in line with the sales strategy. Each day, you will ensure the planning and timely execution of promotional activities with appropriate technical content for the assigned target audience. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and driving Datacenter Segment Technical Design and Promotions activities proactively and ensuring a high level of technical knowledge with commercial astuteness. A collaborative self-starter capable of both individually contributing as much s work with in-country Marketing & Sales teams to drive preference for ABB products and solutions. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid Aligning the promotional strategy and activities plan with the overall segment strategy and sales activities plan and driving the demand for ABB products and solutions in the Datacenter segment. Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the segment stakeholder group. Creating plans for target audience visits and conduct regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits. Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits. Ensuring a positive experience for the customer target group throughout the promotion activities. Supporting directly and/or with local technical promotions and product management teams in providing the Sales organization on-time and quality technical support and technical training to the target audience resulting in high customer satisfaction. Providing support to customers, particularly consultants, engineering firms, and architect offices, in project development and technical problem- solving. Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.
