We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to join our organization. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical professionals and overseeing the successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate closely with Vendor and Client teams, including software developers, business analysts, and business users, to ensure efficient project execution and high-quality deliverables. Your strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and effective communication skills will be instrumental in driving the team's performance and achieving project goals.

**Responsibilities of a Technical Team Lead**:

- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, including software developers, engineers, and designers.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and establish timelines to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager regarding the team's task completion and project status.
- Work closely with the Solution Architect to design solutions for new requirements or to address problem resolutions.
- Collaborate with Vendor teams to deliver cross-functional solutions, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility.
- Liaise with the Client IT team to gather technical requirements and address any technical issues that may arise.
- Take accountability for various aspects, including:

- Ensuring code quality of the team by promoting best practices and conducting code reviews.
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks assigned to the team, tracking progress, and addressing any obstacles.
- Motivating team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensuring completeness of technical documentation related to the project.
- Collaborate with customers and the team to define, design, and ship new features that meet project requirements.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, as well as fix bugs and issues that arise during development.
- Maintain code quality through the enforcement of coding standards and conducting self and peer code reviews.
- Provide effort estimates for individual features or tasks to assist in project planning and resource allocation.

**Requirements**:

- Degree with more than 3 years in IT project delivery role with 1-4 years of technical leadership role, managing teams in software development projects
- Strong expertise in.NET Core development, with a solid understanding of its frameworks and libraries.
- Primary experience with SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Secondary experience with other database technologies such as MS SQL, MongoDB, and MySQL, including knowledge of their respective querying languages and best practices.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a distributed system architecture
