Immediate Hiring for Technical Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of mobile apps (React Native, iOS, Android) and middleware solutions on AWS serverless architecture.
- Ensure adherence to agile project management methodologies and best practices.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
- Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading and managing development teams.
- Strong expertise in React Native, iOS, and Android development.
- In-depth knowledge of middleware technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proficiency with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics integration and customization.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), MVC frameworks, and API consumption (GraphQL, REST, XML feeds, SOAP).
- Experience with Python and other scripting languages.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both technical and functional.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated use of CI/CD for app development and deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based middleware solutions and DevOps practices.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Commitment to staying current with new technologies and industry best practices.
