Assistant Manager, Technology Business Partner (Corporate Services) at SATS Ltd. Lead IT projects and partner with business teams to deliver technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead IT Projects: Manage end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, including global teams, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business goals.
Adapt and Drive Change: Proactively address business challenges and implement solutions, while managing risk and maintaining flexibility.
Vendor Management: Identify potential solutions, select vendors, and collaborate with them to roll out the solution effectively.
Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and goals are met.
Key Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in IT project management, with hands-on experience in managing tech projects.
IT Background: Preferred experience in IT solutions, with a solid understanding of technology processes.
Certifications: PMP or similar project management certifications are a plus.
Emerging Technologies: Proficiency in AI, Machine Learning, and automation. Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve business problems.
Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience in deploying applications in cloud environments.
Cybersecurity Awareness: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, with the ability to ensure applications are developed and deployed securely.
Emotional Intelligence: High EQ and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Self-Starter: Motivated to take on new challenges and drive results with minimal supervision.
Strong Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
