Note that this is a full-time, permanent position based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities As a trusted HRBP (you will be assigned to partner with key Tech leaders), you will provide strategic advisory and thought leadership on HR topics. Key priorities and responsibilities include supporting employee relations, driving transformation initiatives, including designing/defining job scopes. You will lead initiatives in talent and succession planning, performance management, and employee experience. You will develop and implement strategic workforce plans whilst supporting and building robust talent pipelines. Talent development also takes centre-stage as you partner with your L&D colleagues to deliver high-impact programs aimed at shaping and refining career pathways. Ideal Profile The client is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner with at least 10 years of experience, ideally with at least 5 years of experience specifically supporting the Technology function. With depth of knowledge in the fields of emerging tech, tech and the relevant talent landscapes, you have a proven track record in being an astute HRBP with strong commercial acumen.
