Our client is an established Engineering and Technology Business with a broad range of technological advancement design and development.

They are seeking for an HR Business Partner who will lead and focus on stakeholder management of Business Unit Heads and internal partners in providing direction, employee development and impact to create value-add and strengthen it’s employee values and relationship.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Will serve as the HR Business Lead providing operational and staff advise to internal stakeholders relating to staff engagement and practices, local employment laws and HR policies.
- Will take the lead for overseas recruitment particularly for engineering and manufacturing sector (blue-collar level).
- The role will be the primary lead in HR relationship management, involve in Benefits and Contract Management, Payroll, Work Passes, Staff Reporting, Government Claims / Subsidises, Project roll-out (eg: HRIS, Salary / Company Policies).
- Act as a key point of contact from stakeholders for all HR matters.

**Position Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in HR or related discipline with 4-6 years of experience in the HR field - but not necessarily covering all facets in Human Resources.
- Must have experience in Business Partnering / Relationship Management with good knowledge in staff development, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Ability to communicate, engage and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ambitious and can accommodate other work hours as may be necessary.
- Well versed in the Singapore Employment Act and all other local labour legislation.
