Job Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of guestrooms, including replacing all linen and towels, vacuuming, dusting, replacing guest supplies, and thorough bathroom cleaning.
Notify the Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair needs.
Respond to guest requests and communicate effectively with them.
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests, maintain positive guest relations, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
No formal education required.
Experience
Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience.
Other Prerequisites
Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, overnight, and on public holidays.
