Roles & Responsibilities A leading & growing stably pins & badges manufacturer / exporter in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. We’re looking for excellent individuals to join our team: SALES MANAGER Job Description: Direct control sales activities & lead sales team to achieve assigned teams & group sales targets Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics to meet sales target objectives. Build and expand a network of new customer contacts to grow our customer base. Build strong relationships with new customers while maintaining connections with existing customers. Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in international trade or related fields. Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin. 3 years experience in international trade, sales, marketing & OEM procedure. With at least 1 year working experience at sales managerial level. Good e-Marketing experience and Strong business and marketing senses in gifts & premium or sundry fields. Language requirements: proficiency in English and Mandarin (to engage with customers and suppliers). Good PC knowledge and Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willing to travel China & oversea if require. Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, active & independent and good interpersonal communication skill.
