Job Title:
A Temporary Administrator is required to work closely with Business Office staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of patient billing activities.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all data elements required by government ministries are captured accurately and on a timely basis. This includes claiming bills from CPFB/Medisave Approved Integrated Insurance Companies and Government Ministries, checking bills for reasonableness and correcting errors discovered on patient accounts, monitoring unbilled accounts, updating records and databases, and liaising with patients and external organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Claim bills promptly from approved insurance companies and government ministries

Requirements:
* Min NITEC or Diploma in Business
