Temporary HR Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to support our organization with various administrative tasks. This is a temporary position that will last for 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data entry for attendance, leave, and payroll for system migration using Infotech.
2. Filing of payrolls and confidential records.
3. Work a 4-day week, Monday through Thursday, 8 hours per day.
Requirements:
Ability to use Infotech HRIS is a must.
Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Administration, payroll, data entry, data migration, HRIS, administrative support, and team player skills are required.
Benefits:
Estimated completion of data migration in 3 months at $20 per hour.
