Temporary HR Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Temporary Human Resources (HR) professional to assist with various end-to-end recruitment processes, provide administrative support for HR policies, and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with job postings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and coordinating offers.
  • Support preparation of contracts, documentation, exit clearance, and employee data updates in HR systems.
  • Collate monthly HR reports, track leave, and assist with payroll-related data.
  • Provide administrative support for HR policies, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience (recruitment, HR operations, or admin support); fresh graduates with HR internship experience may also be considered.
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee records management.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
