  • Responsibilities:

As an HR and Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing daily HR and administrative support to the organization. This includes:

  1. Maintaining and updating staff personal files, including employment contracts and on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  2. Assisting with recruitment efforts, including job postings and interview coordination.
  3. Managing work passes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  4. Administering staff benefits, such as leave records, insurance claims, and medical claims.
  5. Processing government-paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement, and other employee benefits.
  6. Coordinating training applications and filing for training grants.
  7. Liaising with government agencies on funding applications and claims.
  8. Preparing monthly HR reports and providing clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
