
Temporary HR Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee records management.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in the HR department.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes (preparation of contracts, documentation, exit clearance).
- Handling employee data entry and updates in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Providing assistance with monthly HR reports, tracking of leave, and payroll-related data collation.
- Offering administrative support for HR policies, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required.
The successful candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 1–2 years of HR experience (recruitment, HR operations, or admin support) is preferred; however, fresh graduates with HR internship experience may also be considered.
