Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive sales professional with a hunter mindset—someone who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This role features a performance‐driven reward structure designed to recognize strong sales results.
Role Details
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a B2B sales role with experience in markets reflective of our customers, including flavours & fragrance, oil & gas, chemicals, lubricants, agrochemical and related industries. Accountabilities
Maintains existing business and drives sales to achieve new sales.
Meets with customers to develop and maintain long‐term relationships and promote sales.
Develops and co‐develops sales strategies to meet customer needs and prioritize targets to achieve sales.
Achieves budget and incentive goals.
Builds relationships with global teams to ensure cross‐department collaboration.
Uses Greif’s sales tools to track and provide sales information related to budget, sales achievements, and market penetration.
Requirements
Significant sales experience within B2B markets.
High energy toward new business and developing sales.
Strong problem‐solving mindset with a hands‐on approach to overcoming obstacles.
Effective communicator who can influence others.
Role involves regular travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
Preferably bilingual in English, with conversational Mandarin to liaise with regional stakeholders.
