Description Western Cuisine Chef (Full-time/ Part-Time) Location: Haji Lane, Singapore Company: 7 Tea International Management Pte. Ltd. About Us Haji 14 Café is a creative Singapore concept café located in the heart of Haji Lane. We combine Western fusion cuisine, signature local flavours, and artistic culture — creating a photogenic and joyful dining experience loved by both tourists and locals. We are now looking for a passionate Western Cuisine Chef to join our growing team Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and execute a variety of Western and fusion-style dishes (brunch, pasta, grilled items, sandwiches, etc.) Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and meet consistent quality standards Innovate and contribute new menu ideas (e.g. brunch, fusion Western, café-style plates) Manage kitchen operations including food preparation, portion control, and inventory Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness according to SFA requirements Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily service Train and guide kitchen assistants or junior cooks when required Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in Western / café / restaurant cooking (fusion or modern casual dining preferred) Strong knowledge of food preparation, seasoning, and plating techniques Able to work independently under fast-paced environment Creative, disciplined, and passionate about culinary innovation Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail Basic English and Mandarin communication skills Candidates with SFA Food Hygiene Certificate preferred Salary & Benefits Salary Range: SGD 2,800 – 3,800/month (commensurate with experience) Performance bonus + staff meal provided 6 days work week, shift-based Opportunities for menu development and brand expansion projects Friendly, multicultural working environment in Haji Lane How to Apply Send your resume and short introduction (with photos of your dishes if available) to: or WhatsApp (HR / Management) #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry Other Category Other Sub Category Hospitality & Leisure
