We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Certificate of Incorporation Administrator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations in Singapore.

- Maintain accurate records and documents, including statutory registers and minute books;
- Prepare and file necessary documents with ACRA, such as annual returns and board resolutions;
- Handle incorporation, striking-off, and other corporate secretarial matters;
- Draft directors' resolutions and related documentation;
- Monitor compliance deadlines under the Companies Act;
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders;
- Provide administrative support to senior associates and managers.
Qualifications:

- Relevant degree or diploma in business administration or a related field;
- At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate secretarial work (strong academic qualifications may be considered);
- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act and ACRA requirements;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
