Job Title: Certificate Management Specialist

Job Description

As a Certificate Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a portfolio of companies. This involves performing various corporate secretarial duties to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of local and multinational companies.
  • Perform full-spectrum corporate secretarial duties, including incorporation, director's resolutions, and document filing.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers and minutes books.
  • Conduct client due diligence and prepare XBRL financial statements.
  • Handle administrative duties and work pass applications for expatriate staff.
