DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager, Claims & Certificates Administration (3-year contract), SMUA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA)
- Manage a team of 5 Senior/ Executives
- Manage and ensure all training grant claims submission details are accurately verified and consolidated prior to submission to SSG;
- Enrollment data are checked against and reconciled with payment schedule information;
- All verified information (e.g. enrollment, attendance, and assessment results) are uploaded onto Training Partners Gateway (TPG) platform before the submission deadline by SSG.
- Oversee and organize administrative support and liaise with relevant internal/external stakeholders on training grant claims, audits, and reporting matters
- Manage and ensure all e-Certificates (modular and full certificates) are promptly issued to the participants that have successfully completed all course requirements
- Apprise and evaluate the effectiveness of TPG configurations for the different types of SMUA courses
- Staff is to perform course support duties mínimally 2-4 times a year to stay current with the latest operational processes and SOPs of the Academy
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to adapt to changes well
- Must be meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented as he/she is expected to handle significant amounts and numbers of training grant claim submissions
- Self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable to changes well
- Able to handle and resolve work challenges at the 1-level up job position
- Able to work collaboratively with others
- Coach and mentor team members
- Possess a good level of written and communication skills
- Able to work with data to interpret and generate reports
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency
- Possess a service mindset
- Familiar with TP Gateway, Learning Management System (LMS), Training Management System (TMS), and RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, and Workato will be advantageous
