Job Description Policy Development: Draft and update HR policies; conduct benchmarking research. Employee Relations: Support employee relations cases and identify trends for action. Workforce Transformation: Coordinate workforce transformation projects and track milestones. Process Improvement: Improve HR processes through mapping and employee feedback. Communications: Create HR materials to support change and engagement. The Successful Applicant 6+ years in HR, with exposure to policy development, employee relations, projects, or communications. Preference for public sector institution or part of a larger, complex organization. Strong in project coordination, analytical thinking, and written communication. Skilled at engaging multiple stakeholders and building trust quickly.
