Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement comprehensive regional consumer marketing strategies that align with our business goals and brand objectives.

Analyze marketing performance metrics and consumer insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.

Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives. Measure and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, with a focus on customer journey and social media marketing.
Preferably with previous FMCG marketing experience.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
A proactive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset, demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
