The incumbent will be based in one of the Public Health Institutions .
Key Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.
Track and coordinate the receiving, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Check orders, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
Maintain records and provide timely updates.
Perform daily inspections of the warehouse grounds.
Coordinate and maintain the readiness of the equipment and tools for work.
Ensure audit readiness in responsible areas.
Ensure maintenance of standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work with Logistics Lead to review and update logistics policies and procedures.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Office.
Requirements
Combination of technical and interpersonal skills.
Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in SAP, WMS or Ariba will be an added advantage.
