Human Resources Manager Logistics & Express Delivery (Jakarta, Indonesia)Our client, a leading global logistics and express delivery company, is seeking an experienced human resources manager to join their expanding team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will lead a dedicated HR and administrative team to support nationwide operations, ensuring the seamless execution of full-spectrum HR functions. The position also involves cross-functional coordination and administrative oversight. You will manage a team of 30+ staff, ensure compliance with local regulations, and drive improvements across HR systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the HR and admin team across all HR disciplines. Design and implement talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies. Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks tailored to the logistics sector. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regional HR standards. Partner with operations, logistics, and finance teams to support broader business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes, systems, and administrative efficiency. Requirement Minimum 8 years of HR work experience, preferably within the logistics or express delivery industry. Proven track record in managing diverse teams and navigating complex operational environments. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices in Southeast Asia.
