Job Title: After-Sales Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled After-Sales Project Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing small-scale after-sales projects, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring project follow-up through frequent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive small-scale after-sales projects, receiving and analyzing client RFQs/tenders, requesting quotations from suppliers, and performing technical analysis.
  • Build and prepare offers for clients, receiving and acknowledging purchase orders, and coordinating on-site activities (scheduling, resources, procedures).
  • C Coordinate on-site jobs with service engineers and workers, write service reports, and validate with clients.
  • Trigger invoicing and close the job.

On-Site Requirements:

  • Able to coordinate on-site jobs independently with a team of Service Engineers & Workers.
  • Perform high-level troubleshooting and analyze problems, liaise with manufacturers in Europe to resolve client issues.
  • Prepare on-site operations and define site procedures, write detailed service reports after each on-site mission.
  • Participate in Site Acceptance Tests with clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Willing to learn and take initiatives, meticulous, pays attention to details.
  • Class 3 driving license.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project management, Microsof Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), On-site coordination.
  • Mechanical engineering knowledge, PID, hydraulic and wiring diagrams understanding, Troubleshooting and technical analysis skills.
