About the role
As a Senior Engineer/Principal Engineer, Technology Development at Advanced Micro Foundry, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's technological innovations and advancements. You will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge electronic and electrical engineering solutions that will propel the company forward.

What you'll be doing

  • Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance the company's product offerings

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technological challenges, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, designs, and test plans

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning

  • Liaise with stakeholders, customers, and industry partners to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions

  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices in the Electrical/Electronic Engineering field

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Electrical/Electronic Engineering industry, with a proven track record of successful technology development and deployment

  • Extensive knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering principles, methodologies, and tools

  • Proficiency in designing, testing, and optimising electronic systems and components

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
