Senior Technology Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with device design and process integration.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new technology solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs
- Design and develop devices and processes
- Maintain technical documentation and records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technology development and device design
- Strong understanding of device physics and semiconductor manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with BCD device design and process integration
