Job Description : Position Overview : As the Sales Manager for South East Asia, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth, managing dealer networks, and expanding market share across Singapore, Malaysia, or Indonesia or other countries in South East Asia. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the regional market, and a proven track record in sales and business development within the forestry, lawn care, and gardening tools industry. Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy Formulation : Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the South East Asian market, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Market Expansion : Identify new market opportunities, conduct market analysis, and formulate plans to penetrate untapped segments and territories. Dealer Management : Collaborate closely with existing dealers and distributors to enhance performance, increase sales volumes, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Business Development : Actively seek out and establish new partnerships with potential dealers, distributors, and retail channels to broaden the company's market reach. Sales Team Contributor : working with a sales team to achieve targeted sales quotas, help foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Competitive Analysis : Monitor competitive landscape, gather market intelligence, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage. Product Promotion : Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to raise brand awareness and drive demand. Performance Tracking : Regularly review sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. Customer Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring excellent after-sales support. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 5 years in sales management within the forestry, lawn care, or gardening tools industry, with a proven record of success in the South East Asian market. Regional Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory environments of Singapore, Malaysia, or Indonesia. Team Spirit : Proven ability to work in a sales teams, cooperative Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation and contract management abilities. Analytical Mindset : Excellent analytical skills for market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking. Language Proficiency : Fluent in English, with additional language skills (such as Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, or Mandarin) being a significant advantage.
