About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information on programs and activities to parents, students, and visitors.
  • Meet and greet parents, students, and visitors, ensuring a professional experience.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Assist in the preparation of requisition forms and process purchases for school needs.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and storage of supplies.
  • Handle financial-related administration such as sending invoices and maintaining records.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide logistical support during events, including weekends.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
