  • Perform daily operations of the Club’s sports facilities. This includes regular checks on all Sports facilities for venue readiness, ensuring the hirer is present for all sports facilities bookings, equipment readiness, and cleanliness. Timely reporting of defects to management.
  • Verify and assist in members’ signing-in/out processes and on-site transactions for programs, activities, and classes, including booking fees and course/lesson fees. Update records of transactions onto the finance report.
  • Attend to members’ enquiries through phone or email regarding Club matters, especially sports facilities.
  • Assist in following up with the on-site team and external vendors on repairs and maintenance.
  • Perform daily administrative management for sports facilities, including issuing and collecting towels. Assist in inventory stock checks for all sports facilities, such as the gym, sports hall, pool, etc.
  • Assist in the coordination of Club programs/activities assigned by the officer, supervisor, or sports manager.
  • Provide quality and friendly service to members.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.

This is a full-time job, but part-timers are welcome to apply.
Qualification and Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ’O’ or ’N’ level or NITEC; able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Certifications in fitness would be an advantage.
  • Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good personality.
  • Able to start work immediately.

Other Information:
• Shuttle bus is provided to and from Beauty World MRT station.
