What you will be working on:
Volunteer Recruitment and Management:
To assist in the recruitment of new volunteers via various public roadshows (e.g., via MSF satellite festivals and school booths).
Maintaining and updating volunteer records in VMS.
Event Management & Training Support:
Supervising volunteers during major sporting events, offering guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate logistics & training support for all Team Nila events (e.g., TN Sport Day, TN Quarterly Training Weekends, TN Leadership Sessions and TN Mass Rally).
Team Nila 10th Anniversary:
Assisting in planning and executing TN 10YA celebrations starting from October 2024, including logistics, scheduling, and coordinating with several volunteer committees.
What we are looking for:
Self-motivated individuals who value integrity and teamwork.
Any general tertiary qualifications.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in volunteer management.
Good working knowledge of statistical or data analysis software.
Strong project management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and conceptualization abilities.
Experience in planning and financial management.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both in teams as well as independently.
Good engagement and communication skills.
Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with the applicant’s experience and track records. The successful candidate will be offered a 6-month contract.
